Required Documents: Tenancy Contract/Ejari,Tenant's Passport or Emirate's ID, Date and Time of Move In-Move Out.

Fit-Out NOC

No Objection to Fit-out work. Fill out this form for all Fit-out-related work in your unit. We will need details of the contractor, time and schedule, type of work, and what level of decibel we should expect the neighbors to go through.

Access Tag

Apply here to get your access for Vehicle and building access. Required documents are title deed copy, passport/EID and Car registration (Mulkiya) copy.
